Taking one-payment IC card system in SSPU as an example, this paper described the structure, technique of the IC card and the mode of using the card, and related the usage and application for the IC card. The paper described the importance of the one-payment IC card system engineering in the construction of the digital campus in the aspect of providing the college the basic statistics and finance platform, achieving the standard management and providing the digital space throughout the college. The paper also brought forward the view that in the process of building campus one-payment IC card system, it's important to establish information management system and integrate business process. The building schedule should be planned as a whole and be executed step by step. This paper at last put forward the suggestion of setting up a special network for the running of one-payment IC card system and assuring to provide a stable, unblocked and safe platform for the system.
