摘要为了选择更适合于旋风分离器流场数值模拟的湍流模型,采用多种湍流模型对旋风分离器的内流场进行数值模拟,并将计算值与试验值进行比较。结果显示:采用RSM(雷诺应力模型)得到的结果比采用标准k-ε模型的更贴近实验值,更适合用于强旋流流场的数值模拟,揭示了强旋流所具有的涡结构及各向异性的特点;采用雷诺应力模型及曲线坐标系下的SIMPLEC算法可以计算湍流各向异性的复杂三维流场。

To choose a more suitable turbulence model for the numerical simulation of the flow field in a cyclone separator, several turbulent models are compared and their flow fields are obtained with the help of numerical simulation. Comparing the numerical results with the experimental data, it has been found that numerical results with RSM (the Reynolds stress model) are better fitted to the experimental data than with the standard k-ε model. The RSM simulation results show that the vortex structure of a highly swirling flow, and SIMPLEC algorithm using RSM could be used to simulate the turbulence anisotropic behavior of a complex three-dimensional flow field.
