21st century is the century of life science. The universal education for knowledge of human genetics become more important for improving people's life quality and ameliorating population quality in our country. Because of the special training aim, offering Human Genetics Course has necessity and feasibility in Teaching Colleges and Universities. The paper probes into the teaching process of Human Genetics offered to the four grades students majoring in PE education in Xinjiang Normal University, to prove the necessity and feasibility of offering Human Genetics Course in Teaching Colleges and Universities.
